John Connolly is in the School of
Mathematical Sciences at University College Dublin, Ireland and
established the Ecological and Environmental Modelling Group. His
research interests are in the design, analysis and development of
ideas in biodiversity and competition experiments. He has wide
experience in researching quantitative approaches in plant and
animal systems.
Dr. Laura Kirwan
Laura Kirwan is in the School of
Computing, Mathematics and Physics at Waterford Institute of
Technology. She is based at the Teagasc Environment Research Centre
in Wexford, Ireland. Her research interests are in modelling
production and environmental processes in managed
ecosystems.
